Welcome to our website and the gateway to all the information you need about Brownedge St. Mary’s Catholic High School.

Our school is a great and vibrant community of pupils and staff well supported by parents. With just under 700 pupils we achieve a family atmosphere in which the strong relationships between staff and pupils are very evident. We have a dedicated team of staff who are committed to the pupils in their care. This is central in making it the happy community that it is.

The catholic dimension of the school is important to our identity since it gives us the solid grounding to our mission and our values which we strive to live out every day. We have a strong chaplaincy team which helps us invigorate the spiritual lives of our young people.

Congratulations to the under 14 basketball team who became the South Ribble champions with a sensational performance at Runshaw College.  The team lost its opening game to Hutton but then beat Worden, All Hallows, Penwortham Priory and then Hutton in the final to claim the trophy.
